Founded by Paul Norton, Rhino TA was born out of a simple but often missed truth: great recruitment isn’t about volume, it’s about relevance, understanding, and partnership.

With over 27 years' experience, including a decade in-house at with leading industry contractors, we know what clients actually need: people who’ll thrive in the role, not just tick boxes on paper.
